Alcohol service (wine/spirits) requires a retail alcohol license via elicense (review 15 working days) and compliance with distance/time restrictions; beer is unlicensed. Add fire safety (evacuation plan, detectors, extinguishers), waste and pest-control contracts, and permits for signage/terrace.
