To buy a coffee truck in Kazakhstan, compare turnkey listings and builder quotes against your target location’s footfall and winter needs; typical used units run KZT 7–15M and new builds KZT 18–35M on OLX.kz, Market.kz, and Avtoelon.kz. Prioritize platforms like Hyundai Porter, GAZelle Next, or Isuzu NPR with 1–1.5 t payload, interior height ≥185 cm, polyurethane insulation, and a 2–5 kW diesel air heater for −25°C mornings. Specify a 2‑group 3–5 kW espresso machine, 6–8 kW quiet inverter generator (<60 dB, 0.8–1.2 L/h), 120 L fresh/100 L waste tanks with sediment + carbon filtration (target water 50–100 ppm), 12V pump, and anti‑freeze plumbing. Ask for a single GFCI‑protected electrical panel, stainless worktops, and a service hatch that seals tight in crosswinds. Secure spots before purchase: Almaty pedestrian arteries, office parks, and universities; Astana business districts and event venues; expect KZT 5,000–25,000/day or 10–15% revenue share. Operate legally with an akimat trading permit, SES sanitary notification, and KKM fiscalization linked to an OFD; accept Kaspi QR and cards. Price drinks KZT 1,200–1,800; aim 120–220 cups/day; gross margin 60–70% yields 6–10 month payback. Vet builders’ welds, panel seams, and warranty; insist on load tests and a barista workflow mockup before final payment.
